I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey, it's been a blast. Unfortunately, I'm finding that time is ceasing to exist to get around to aviation all that much, and whilst I still enjoy it greatly, I've got more important things on my mind at the moment with work really ramping up as I head into this slightly daunting year complete with university applications and A-levels.
For me, it says a lot that instead of going to the LAA Rally this weekend, one of my favourite events of the year, I chose to work instead, so I'm going to suggest it's the right time to pull the plug on Instagram now as I'm beginning to see it more as a burden than anything, so I'd like to finish on the high note of #0819planes .
This doesn't mean that aviatoruk, and my hobby, is dead, in fact, it's much the opposite. I'm still going to update my blog every so often with what I've been doing, so please, do go and give that a follow (link in my bio) to see the odd update here and there on what's going on.
Thank you all for a great few years,
Adam

I always consider this as one of my best shots, and I absolutely love it, sure it's not technically the best, it's not featuring an aircraft doing something wierd and/or wacky, but just the most memorable flight I've ever had, through a sunset and a thunderstorm, and so it remains one of my best because, if nothing else, it reminds me perfectly of that awesome flight...

Very much fitting for today's theme, this Elixir hadn't flown when I took this photo (don't know if it has since) and is destined to train future pilots

What better way to celebrate the bravery of all the service personnel who have fought to keep us safe than by keeping their memories alive?

Don't think it gets more cold war than a V Bomber...
